AI Transparency

6 Seven Labs Pte Ltd ("6 Seven Labs", "we", "us") builds and operates AI voice calling agents for business clients. This statement explains in plain terms what the service is, who decides what, how disclosure on calls works, and how calls are made respectfully. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What our service is

We provide AI voice agents that make and receive business calls on behalf of client organisations. Each agent runs to a written configuration agreed with its client: who it may call or answer for, what it may say, and what information it should collect. Calls handled by an agent produce recordings and transcripts for the client's records, available to the client in our portal.

2. Who decides what

Clients decide the campaigns, supply and own the calling lists, and configure how their agents operate. 6 Seven Labs operates the platform on the client's instructions: we build and run the agents, place and answer the calls, and report the results. If you have a question about a specific campaign or call, the client organisation the agent was calling for decides its purposes; we will help direct your question to them.

3. Disclosure on calls

How and whether an agent identifies itself as automated on a call is configured per campaign by the client, in line with the laws of the client's market. Our terms require every client to comply with the disclosure, telemarketing, and privacy laws that apply to their calling.

4. Respectful calling

We maintain a do-not-call suppression list for each client. When a call recipient asks to stop receiving calls, the opt-out is captured on the call and promptly applied to the client's suppression list, and that number is not called again for that client's campaigns. Campaigns run within calling-hour rules configured for each client's market, so calls are placed at reasonable times.
